Lock Key Replacement
CONGRATULATIONS ON THE PURCHASE OF YOUR NEW LOCK!
Bell provides peace of mind by providing two keys with your lock, but we understand that sometimes these things get misplaced. If you happen to lose both, or simply need another spare, we have you covered.
In order to make sure you receive your free replacement or extra spare, please contact our Customer Support at 1-800-456-2355 Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm EST) or send us an email using the Contact Bell page and they will be happy to help. Be ready to provide the below information to ensure you receive the right key for your lock. Please note that the first replacement key is on us - from there they are $5.00 per additional key.
Information you will need:
- What type of lock do you have? Is it a cable lock or a U-lock?
- What year did you purchase your lock?
- Does your key look like A, B or C?
- What is your key's serial number (see above image for explanation of where to locate this number).
- Once our Customer Support team has this information, they will ship out your replacement key.
Bell replacement keys are only provided for 2014 model locks or later. Bell will carry inventory on keys up to 3 years after a lock has been discontinued from the line. Note, free key replacement is not offered on the Ballistic 100 cable lock.
